# How Do I Contact Eulogize Support?

You don't have to figure things out on your own. Our support team can help with your account, your design, downloading, printing, or anything that isn't working the way you expect.

You can also email us any time at **support@eulogizememorials.com**. To help us get to your request quickly, please include the email address on your account — and if your service is coming up soon, the date of the service.

### If your service is close

If you have a funeral service in the next day or two and something is blocking you, please tell us that in your first message (chat or email). Let us know what needs changing and we'll do our best to help you in time.
